Looking for a surgeon in/near conyers that is covered by BCBSofIL

I am looking for a surgeon that performs the lap RNY i have been researching and it seems that all of the surgeons around my area either arent covered under BCBS of IL, or they dont perform the RNY any help would be great! thanks in advance
