I have stopped loosing weight.

I have stopped loosing weight. I have been loosing Avg 10 pounds per mounth. I got into the poision oak( I got it really bad) Had to go on steroids for 2 weeks. I also recieved 2 steriod shots. I have not started to lose again. How long can I expect this until weight loss start again and can I expect to see 10 pounds a mounths again. Man 48 5 mounth out RNY.
