Terrible Terrible Stomach Pains!!!

I am 10mos post op RNY and i am down 123lb, here is my problem... I had the worst night of my life last night, twice in the past 3 weeks i have had these terrible stomach pains, right under my chest going horizontally left and right, i attempted to vomit 3 times (i did not force myself) but just dry heaved because there was nothing in my stomach. I wanted to go to the er but my mom had a point, they wouldnt do anything for me until monday or tuesday anyway due to the holiday weekend so i took some milk of magnesia and just stuck it out with a heating pad on my belly for 8 hours and this morning thank god the pain was gone. I dont think this is dumping as i have experienced that before when i have eaten too much, this was way different and it has happend twice to me. I thought the first time maybe it was food poisoning but for it to happen again about 2 weeks later seems odd... the only thing that i have in common with both of these experiences is that i was constipated... Could that have been the problem? Please help me any advice would be amazing i dont want this to happen again it is the most excruciating stomach pains i have ever felt in my life!!
