ARE THERE ANY EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN MY LOWER BACK SO I CAN STAND UP STRAIGHT AGAIN..I'M STILL 300 LBS, DOWN FROM 445 LB & AM BENT OVER..I DON'T KNOW IF EXCESS SKIN IN STOMACH AREA & LARGE BREASTS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY BENT OVER POSITION BUT IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY BECAUSE I USED TO STAND SO STRAIGHT....
