Has anyone been approved for a tummy tuck and breast lift through Humana HMO?

My RNY was done in 2000 by dr. Joseph Vitello, can not say enough good things about him and his staff. Right now I need a tummy tuck and a breast lift desperately. United Health Care rejected my claim. I am now retired with Humana HMO. I plan to make a request soon. Hope it will be approved.
