Someone mentioned that my pain could be a leak?

My pain is weird and it is in my upper abdomen. It's numb and feels like a sun burn that goes deep. Hurts when I bend and move the wrong way. It doesn't hurt when I'm sitting still or anything. I saw the surgeon and it's not an infection. He has never seen this before. Any thoughts on the leak?
