Approval for WLS in 2003, United Health Care- Anyone?

UNITED HEALTH CARE/CUSTOM CARE SELECT PLUS POS, if so did you have a hard time? In 2002 all of my co-workers that got approved seemed to get a approval fast. Should I be worried?
