Has anyone ever dealt with an exclusion like this one?

SERVICES FOR WEIGHT CONTROL OR REDUCTION. except as specified in section 3, Article 3, a, "Nutritional Counseling," no benefits are available for any service, care, surgical procedure or program for weight control, wweight loss or for control of obesity or morbid obesity, even if the weight or obesity aggravates another condition. HELP!!!!???? Is it time for a lawyer for me? thank you all. Amy
