I have a burning pain in my upper back that radiates to my chest

I am 2 months post-op and there is a burning pain in my back, right at and above the bra, that hurts all the way around to my chest and the diaphram area. Does anyone know what is causing this? I've taken Ibuprofen for it, but it doesn't help. It doesn't feel like indigestion or heartburn.
