kentucky drs

I would like to know if Dr. Shinah does the vbg and if not, why? I have heard it is performed by a couple of docs in Ky but I have never seen their names on the message board. Does anyone know anything about Dr. Larson in Louisville or Dr.Burton in Morehead?
