At 10 weeks post, could I have caused myself a problem by lifting?

I Am currently ten weeks post op and have been feeling great. Yesterday I did some spring cleaning and lifted many heavy things over the day. I now have pain in my stomach area as well as my stiches, is it possible that I tore my stiches inside? I am worried maybe it is a hernia? can someone give advise how I can tell if there is a problem? thank you Judy
