Help! My BMI went from 42.3 to 41.1 over the Holidays!

I have yet to meet my surgeon. My appointment is this Thursday, and I'm afraid that he may not consider me a good candidate. My insurance requirements are: 100 lbs overweight and a BMI of 40 or higher. Should I try to gain a couple pounds this week, or is that ridiculous??
