Walmarts HMO options, had anyone gotten approval with one of them?

I work for Walmart and am in the middle of my psych, nutrition etc. appointments that my surgeon needs to send to my insurance copanies for approval. I know in some areas of the country, in addition to the basic "walmart insurance" Walmart also offers HMO and POS plans for their employees. I have Tufts POS from Walmart and am wondering if it makes a difference on getting approval.
