help? acne,hot flashes, and a plateau,what isnext?

im 15 weeks out of surgery, stapling only, 48 pounds gone and now all this stuff is happening, help?what is going on? i am 50 yrs old and am a breast cancer survivor and thru the chemo i was pushed into early menopause, so taking an estrogen pill , wearing a patch is not conducive.i am taking prozac weekly, evista, calcium and a multi vitamin.
