Not a pouch or gastric bypass pain--left side pain by hip

I have pain on my left side. Doctor did a Upper GI to check on bypass and sutujres and everything is fine. Problem is I still have the pain. It increases with exercise or walking, sometimes after eating or drinking soup--though not so much now--I am scheduled for a CAT scan after I can get the barium out of my body--on the ex-lax road right now--what could it be? I have an incisional hernia but it isn't interfering with my bowel patterns. Could it be another hernia, or maybe my ovary? Anyone else have this problem?
