I am having pain in the upper part of my abdomen.

it hurts wether or not i eat or not, it is not a sharp pain but a very sore all over the area above the navel and below the breast. i have tried tums and milk of mag. nothing seems to help.i havent eaten anything different today than any other day, i am almost 10 weeks post op. any help would be apreciated.
