Has anyone ever had pain like this before?

I am 4 days post op. Lap rny. I have been feeling better everyday. Then today around 9 am I got the worst intense and constant pinchy crampy pains on my right side. It's nowhere near my front, just my side and shooting towards my back on the right side. It has stayed strong all day long and hasn't let up at all. All of my insicions were more towards the left side of my stomach and none of them even come close to where the pain is. It has been constant all day long, but I was trying to ride it out because I have an apt tomorrow afternoon to get my drain out. Does anyone have a clue as to what I did or what could have happened to cause this. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks so much. Jeannette
