Looking for Dr. doing LapBand in/near Sacramento (ideally a Blue Cross Pref Prov)

I am looking for a bariatric surgeon who has done many LapBand surgeries in or near the Sacramento/Roseville areas of California. Dr. Bruce Wolfe has a 6 month waiting list for a 1st appointment and I would like to find another well-qualified doctor who can see me sooner. Although I would prefer to find someone in/near Sacramento/Roseville, I am willing to drive 2-3 hours. Also ideally, I would prefer a doctor who is a Blue Cross Preferred Provider as I have Blue Cross PERS Choice PPO insurance.
