Breast Pain Stabbing Pain

I am currently 2 weeks post op and I have discovered a severe pain or stabbing pain in my left breast. This is not under the breast or anything it is on the top portion. Could this be a pulled muscle? Should I worry about it? I know that I am going to call my doctor on Monday.
