I have Anthem Blue Cross Blue Sheild HMO/Plan code 332 and they have denied me twice.

There is no exclusion to my policy. And the customer service rep. said that I can't file another appeal. And she said she didn't know why I was denied. That I would have to wait till I got my denial letter. Does anyone have any ideas to help me? Thanks Amy Blevins
