Help, I lost 30 lbs in 3 weeks but have lost nothing in the last three weeks.

It has been 6 weeks since my surgery and I lost 30 lbs the first week but nothing since. How long do platues usually last. I really don't feel like I am over eating, I don't have my energy back yet and feel discouraged at going through all this simply to lose 30 lbs. Help!!!
