Can a stricture come back in less than 2 weeks???

I had a stricture that was dialated 2 weeks ago. I am having a hard time eating and drinking water again. Could this be another stricture, after being dialated only 2 weeks ago. It is the same feeling as before. I had my surgery 8 weeks ago today. I am down 50 pounds and walk 3 miles every single day. Thanks for your help asap.
