Experiencing Discomfort Left side of Abdomin, just below ribs..

It feels like a "side ache" some time it's sharp. I thought maybe gas, but it starts immediately after I eat or drink. I am one year post-op, down 120#;s Open RYN - Hernia Repair in Feb (thought I would give for specifics to help). Has anyone experienced this...It has been going on for about 4 days now. Thanx for any and all opinions. Karan
