What are we post-op allowed to take for headaches ??

I've been getting really bad head-aches latley, and am lost as to what to take that won't hurt me or my new tummy, I'm post op 2 month and a couple days and down 56 pounds. How-ever these bad headaches have made me un-bearable to be around. (massive mood swings ) Help Please >>
