Has anyone seen Dr. Thomas Chua, Milwaukee, WI? If so, can you give me your opinion?

I will be seeing him on Jan 13, 2000. He does the Lap Vertical Band Gast. and the Lap RNY by-pass. I have been told by a friend NOT to go with the vertical band. Would love comments! Thanks!!
