Anyone Go through Alvarado with United Healthcare?

Dr. Wittgrove and Dr. Clark are not in my network (however the hospital is) so I have to pay 35% of their fee (I don't know who will perform the surgery). I was just wondering if anyone knew ballpark what it costs for either of them? thanks.
