is incision pain and side of incision pain and swelling normal at 10 wks po

My incision was very narrow and for the first few weeks post-op no problem at all, then the incision started to stretch and it is wider now and hurts. So does the area on the sides. Sometimes it looks swollen to me and the incision seems redder when it really hurts. Should i be concerned? I am 10 weeks post-op. Has this happened to anybody else?
