13 months post op pain?

I need some advice...for about a week now I have been having pain under my ribcage on both sides of my incision site. The pain comes and goes...it is burning at times. I looked in the library...don't think it is gall bladder as I have not had vomiting or anything else...other than a decreased appetitie...just pain and discomfort. Tylenol does help but only for a short period of time. Warm liquids make the pain go away. Could it be an ulcer? I have never felt anything like this before and hate to call the doctor for something that may be minor but really hate this feeling. What can be done if it is an ulcer? I have been lucky so far (knock on wood) that I have had no post-op problems. I'm down 85 lbs since 18 Sep 02. I feel good (except for this dang pain). Any advice is greatly appreciated.
