I'm trying to find a doctor that is in network with horizon BC BS...

Other wise i have to pay 20 percent and i just dont have that kind of money... Every office i have called either just got out of network or never was in network.... Does anyone know of a surgeon in NY or NJ or PA, anywhere in the area that is in network?? Thank you.
