Is this considered a plateau?/ any information appreciated!

HI! I am almost 5 months post-op Roux-en-Y. I've lost close to 70 pounds but have stayed at the same weight now since December 2nd. This is totally different than the weight loss pattern I've experienced since surgery. My diet has basically stayed about the same. The only difference has been I started with major hair loss so I've upped my protein but mostly by supplements. I have added a protein drink once a day. My water intake is great. I sometimes struggle but I usually get in 48 ounces, mostly more,a day of water. My food calorie intake is probably not what it should be, it varies but is probably around 700 to 1000 calories a day. I am satisfied (do not feel hungry) with that. I wonder if I'm not getting enough food? If you read my profile you'll see I have continuing problems with diarrhea and food tolerances but since my weight loss has drastically slowed, these symptoms have almost totally subsided. Does anyone have a suggestion or two for me? If this is as much weight as I will lose, I will be quite happy with that but I really would like to strive for my goal of 60 more... Please e-mail me with any information - I'm so needing to see if I'm doing something to sabotage myself that I don't see... You can reach me at [email protected]. Thanks so much!
