Is there anything I can do to ease the pain? I had my RNY and GB removed a week ago.

I had my RNY and Gall Bladder removed on November 18th since coming home from the hospitalI have terrible pains on my right side below the bra line a sharp pain begins and then it spasms. Any suggestions ???
