Why do I always have headaches now?

Ever since I had WLS on 4/5/02 I wake up with a headache. The pain seems to be somewhat relieved when I take a warm shower. I've also noticed that my neck is feeling stiff when I turn my head. What's up with this? I'm still using the same pillow and sleeping in the same bed I always have. I haven't been using my CPAP, but also I don't wake as often as I used to, so I think my sleep apnea has improved a bit. What do you think?
