Will insurance pay a portion if the gallbladder is removed during bariatric surgery?

I have Medicare and Mutual of Omaha Ins. Mutual of Omaha has a very specific exclusion clause about sugery for to treat MO, so Medicare will be my primary for bariatric surgery. However, if my doctor decides my gallbladder needs to be removed should Mutual of Omaha be billed for that portion of the surgery?
