What is the cost for self-pay Lap Band?

Help, please! I live in the Cleveland, OH area and most doctors in the area appear to specialize in RNY. I am interested in the Lap Band and since my insurance, Kaiser HMO, doesn't cover WLS, will be self-pay. Any info on Lap Band doctors in/close to OH and cost for self-pay (anywhere in US) is appreciated. As cost will be a factor, I am willing to travel for the Lap Band WLS.
