Who is THE best surgeon in the Charleston WV area?

Hi AMOS family. I pose this question for a friend who's computer is down and is awaiting the mail to get his computer back up and running...........who do YOU recommend in the Charleston WV area as the best laproscopic (hopefully) surgeon within a 5-6 hour radius?
