has anyone else qualified w/ similar situation

I have a bmi of 37.9 at 5'6 237 . I have very few co-morbs ex. lower back pain, joint pain, huge family history of diabeties, conjestive heart failure ect. I do have alot of Dr. suppervised diets. My consultation is 15 days away and every time I think of rejection I tear up. I cannot face another diet. I have also been eating more than normal to try and boost my bmi for weigh in. does anyone have any encouraging testimonials to share?
