Pouch/Stoma Failure- Anyone Else?

Results back from gastro emptying test, my pouch does not hold food, it passes directly into my small intestine. This is why I have never felt full, or thrown up, or gotten nauseous, I have pouch failure or stoma failure. I am so upset, I see surgeon tomorrow, but I doubt he will do anything. Has this happened to anyone else, what was done for you?
