What could this be? I can't get comfortable all of a sudden

I am 5 days post op and everything has gone perfectly until today. I got up,got my first shower,took meds, felt great still and all of a sudden, My stomach hurt just above the navel, I felt kinda dizzy and clammy, but all I had today was beef broth and half a popsickle and the usual water with a bit of grape juice. It hurt through to my back. I thought it was menstral cramps so I broke a vicoden in half and tried to get them down with a sip and it hurt. It has been 7 hours and nothing brings me relief. I now feel kinda hot and have had little water. I did do some light house cleaning such as picking things up off the counters and such but can't for the life of me figure what this pain is coming from. My drain is still in and is looking clearer. I'm just worried to death. has anyone had this?
