Anyone else have stomach pain like this?

I am 13 months post op and for the last couple of months I have been have lots of pain in my stomach and it feels like it goes under my right ribs, or sometime it feels like it going straight through to my back. I know it can't be gall bladder because my surgeon took it out with my RNY. My PCP gave me medicine to help with acid, which helped for about two weeks but now the pain is back, but sometimes not as bad. It even woke me up the other night at 1:00 a.m. and I couldn't go back to sleep until the Tylonal kicked it. Anyone else ever experience this kind of pain? I'm not looking for medical advise, just wanted to know if anyone else had something similar. Thanks!
