Anyone had plastic surgery with Dr Eduardo Gongora of the Genesis Clinic in Mexico?

I was wondering if anyone knows the qualifications of Dr Gongora.His prices for plastic surgery are cheap but is he a good surgeon? Does a plastic surgeon in Mexico meet the standards of the ones in the US? His clinic looks very nice on his web site but I am nervous about believing what I see on the internet. Anyone out there been his patient??
