Does anyone know what this means? Medical Explanation Needed

I have been having abdominal pains on my right side below my ribs. I went to my surgeon and for testing and was told it is a "right base infiltrate" or "minimal occupancy in the right base". Can anyone tell me what this means? My surgeon sent my results to my family doctor but he is on vacation for 2 weeks. The receptionist said it may have something to do with the anastesia.
