Watching what you eat

Since I had Lap RNY 4/2/03 everyone watches what I eat. Im thinking about becoming a closet eater. Yes I do snack quiet abit, but Im not gaining weight.Started at 262 now 146. Trying to keep my calories around 1200-1300 a day. At work I snack on fruit such as a banana after breakfast(which is 1 pack of instant oatmeal) Then at lunch Ill eat a sandwich of somesort with diet bread at 40 calories a slice 2% cheese on 50 calories and either ham, turkey or fat free bologna(very good by the way) but I do use real mayo, just not very much about 1 tsp= about 33 calories. Then around 3 pm Ill eat a small can of pineapple 50 cal. And everyone comments on how much I eat. Thats not very much especially if they looked at what they eat or what I use to eat. It really is getting embarassing. I wish people would not monitor what I eat. I do that enough myself. I read in a post something about a cottage cheese test for stretched pouch, what is this?
