Anyone have allergy to sublingual B-12 that causes mouth sores under tongue?

I started my B-12 sublingual tablets a week or so ago... ever since then, I have sores under my tongues - little ulcers. My doctor has not heard of this reaction before, but my best friend's doctor told her that if this happened to her - she was probably allergic to it... just wondering if anyone else had this issue or heard about it?? Thanx!
