Humana exclusion No. 25.

This is the exclusion my insurance has. I'm wondering if anyone has ever fought Humana or their own insurance over these wordings. I.e.-- morbid obesity, risk of Diabetes II, depression, anxiety, lower back pain, knee pain, asthma?? Any help greatly appreciated.
