5 weeks post-op with a lot of pain

I am five weeks post-op and just got out of the hospital, went to the ER after eating and gettting SEVERE pain. The pain was dulled with morphine, but i could still feel it. The pain was really bad, then it would like cramp every 10 seconds or so and be REALLY bad. The did a gallbladder ultrasound, and i do have some gallstones, but like my doctor i think i am too soon post op to be having gallbladder problems. I continued vomitting (dry heaves, basically)and having severe pain until the next morning when i started throwing up a foul brown liquid. After that, the pain basically went away, and is now just soreness. I think i had something stuck and finally vomitted up. Does anyone who has been through this have any input? BTW, i had a barium swallow, and though it did take 5 hourse, the barium did go all the way to the colon. Thanks in advance!
