PROOVE IT !!! HAS YOUR INSURANCE EVER ASKED YOU TO ??

Did your insurance company ask for written proof or verification of the "Weight Loss Attempts" you listed in your DIET HISTORY. (Not the doctor supervised ones) For eg, if you listed Jenny Craig for x-months with a weight loss of x-pounds, will they ask for written verification of the dates and regular weighings from the CENTER???
