Anybody ever had Dr. Ken Tozer in Loma Lina CA or Milan TN?

He practiced with Dr. Peter LePort at Loma Lina 1980-1985? He is very nice, & apparently quite capable. He only does this every so often, so I'd like to get some feedback from prior patients. Thanks! Jon
