Anyone have severe Abdominal wall pain ?

I have had severe abdominal wall pain from 4 months out to present(10 months)The internal organs are all working like they are supposed to the weight loss has been great 150lbs.But the pain is unreal I am presently seeing a pain management Dr.I have had to nerves frozen the pain moved but is still very severe any suggestions?
