Does anyone know if Blue Cross has added BTC in Langhorne, PA to their network?

I was told in May that BTC only had to fill out a survey and they would then be considered in newtwork with Blue Cross. I got insurance approval in May and was told surgery would be scheduled in June. It is now late June and I haven't heard anything from BTC. Why is it taking so long? I see for lots of people on here a date was schdeuled within a few days or weeks after approval. Thanks
