1 week post-op, when can I sleep on my stomach again?

I'm a side and stomach sleeper, I want to know when I might be able to sleep on my side or stomach again? I had lapaoscopic RNY on 6/25. I just can't stand sleeping on my back. Any experiences, suggestions?
